The experience at La Briacca Winery includes a guided tour and several tasting options, accompanied by samples of typical products.

The winery is located in the heart of the Langhe. and offers visitors an itinerary dedicated to the discovery of wine and the territory. The winery offers five different tasting experiences, all accompanied by a guided tour and tastings of typical local specialties.

The tastings can take place in the elegant indoor room or outdoors in the Wine Garden. At the end of the experience, guests can freely access the sales area to purchase the winery's wines.

The winery tour and wine tasting inside Verduno Castle in the Langhe region includes a farm-to-table lunch with tasting menù open to everyone 18 and older.

This itinerary opens with a visit to the historic cellars, followed by a rich tasting menù consisting of five courses. A tasting of four wines from the Castle's cellars will be offered as a pairing.

This service è available only for lunch on weekends. The cost of lunch for non-tasting adults is 60€.

This winery tour with tasting in Castagnito, in the heart of the Roero, will immerse you in the history of the production of the best-known Roero wines.

You will have the opportunity to taste 5 or 7 wines, depending on the option you choose, paired with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses.

On being welcomed, you will be able to admire the views of the surrounding hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site .

After a few minutes you will be accompanied to the winery, where you can learn about all the stages of production and aging of the most historical wines of the ROERO tradition.

The explanation is followed by a tasting of local wines, paired with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses, a glass of Passito and a hazelnut cake.

Roero 100% (2 hours)

Tasting includes 5 wines. The tasting is paired with a platter of cured meats, one of local cheeses and a hazelnut cake.

Roero and Not Only (2 hours 30 minutes)

Tasting includes 7 wines paired with a platter of cured meats, local produce, platter of local cheeses and by a hazelnut cake.

The experience is suitable for everyone, and during spring and summer can be offered outdoors.

The tour begins in the vineyard, located in the heart of the Langhe, and then proceeds to the winery where the production processes of the historic wines made by the winery, including the famous Barolo DOCG, are explained. At the end of the visit, guests can taste a selection of Piedmontese wines, which varies depending on the option chosen.

The experience varies in duration, between 1 and 2 hours, and is suitable for everyone. Minors are not allowed to taste.

Discovering the vineyards (1 hour)

This tour is for experienced wine lovers who wish to deepen their knowledge related to the world of viticulture and oenology and observe the territory from a privileged point of view.

Barolo unveils itself (2 hours)

Guided tour of the winery and vineyards, followed by a tasting. Participants will have the opportunity to taste several vintages of Dosio's Barolo, guided by an experienced sommelier who will explain the history of the winery and the specific characteristics of the wines.

This tour is aimed at wine experts and connoisseurs who wish to refine their knowledge of Piedmontese wine production and, in particular, of Barolo production techniques.

Upon request, it is possible to combine the chosen tasting with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses (recommended for 2 people) for an additional charge.

The alpaca walk and picnic in the Langhe is a perfect experience to spend a relaxing time with friends or family.

You will begin with an initial briefing, during which you will be explained all about the world of alpacas and get to know your fellow adventurers better.

Then you will do the actual walk, lasting about 1 hour, during which you will rope the alpacas in the woods adjacent to the farm.

At the end of the walk you will have the opportunity to visit the farm with black Piedmontese pigs in the wild.

You will then conclude the experience with a rich picnic that includes:

The lunch is accompanied by the tasting of 6 Franciacorta Tenuta Ambrosini wines including the "Eccellente Riserva 2011.

The tour with lunch has a total duration of about 3 hours and is ideal for groups and families, but also for having a romantic lunch with your partner. At the end of the experience it will be possible to go to the wine shop.

A wine tasting and visit to the historic Mosnel winery in Franciacorta is an experience not to be missed!

After the guided tour of the cellars, choose 3 of the 5 Franciacorta wines that have come to define the Mosnel winery style: Brut, Brut Nature, Pas Dosé, Rosé, Satèn.

All wine tastings are accompanied by a small sample of local breadsticks, salami and cheese to better taste the wines on offer. You can request the addition of a mixed platter of cured meats from Az. Agricola Al Berlinghetto + 2 types of local cheeses + breadsticks (recommended for 2 people).

You will taste 3 glasses of your choice of the following wines:

•    Brut - Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes that defines the winery's style.
•    Brut Nature - Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc with the structured touch of Pinot Noir, aged at least 24 months on the lees.

A visit to Bornato Castle with 1 glass tasting è a unique experience.

The Castle of Bornato and Villa Orlando, are located in the heart of Franciacorta and are a rare example of a Renaissance villa built inside a medieval castle. An overlook over the vineyards allows you to admire the wonderful round vineyard, unique in its kind.

This experience includes a guided tour of the castle and villa with a passage through the basement and the ancient wine cellar active until 2000.

At the end you will have the opportunity to taste a glass of Franciacorta wine produced by the castle, which can only be purchased on site.

You can decide whether to do a view with tasting or a visit with tasting followed by lunch in the castle restaurant in the former stables attached to the walls.

The guided winery tour at the Ambrosini estate offers you the opportunity to explore the production techniques of the renowned Franciacorta wines, which you will later have the chance to taste.

A wine tasting with a guided tour of the "Il Dosso" winery in Corte Franca is a unique opportunity to learn about the production processes of the famous Franciacorta and immerse yourself in the hills of Brescia, not far from Lake Iseo. 

The experience begins with a tasting, led by the producer, of selected Franciacorta wines offered by the winery, accompanied by a sampling of local cured meats and cheeses. It will continue with a visit to the winery, where you can learn about Franciacorta production techniques. 

It is possible to add an additional mixed platter of selected cured meats and cheeses to share (recommended for 2 people) for an additional fee.

The tasting and visit to the Infernot cellars in Monferrato takes place in Cella Monte, which joined the Borghi più Belli d'Italia (Italy's Most Beautiful Villages) in 2018 and includes: a visit to the historic winery and the infernot, followed by a tasting of four wines and a small platter of cured meats, cheeses and bruschetta.

The infernot are underground caves dug by hand, which allowed the Monferrato territory to become a UNESCO World Heritage Site along with the Langhe and Roero territories in 2014.

The visit concludes with a tasting of four wines produced by the winery accompanied by a small cutting board of local products and breadsticks. For the cutting board you can request a vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free version.

During the tasting you will taste:

The picnic in the vineyard near Asti is a perfect experience for families or couples who want to spend a relaxing time in the picturesque hills of Piedmont.

The experience begins with a visit to the winery and a description of the main processing operations.

Following that, you will be given your picnic basket and you will be directed to the equipped areas where you can taste the products selected for you.

The basket contains:

•    a sampling of local cured meats and cheeses accompanied by jams, honey and mustards

The winery tour with tasting in Mombaruzzo, in the province of Asti, allows you to taste local wines accompanied by typical products. From late August to mid-October a tourist grape harvest is also available.

Visit with tasting

This experience begins with a guided tour of the winemaking cellar where the main processing operations will be described to you. 

Followed by a tasting of local wines accompanied by traditional Piedmontese products:

•    bread
•    grissini
•    salumi
•    cheese
•    stuzzichini

Tourist sale

If you choose this option (available from the end of August to mid-October) you can enjoy a unique experience.

After registering for insurance and V.T. regularization you will be provided with scissors and baskets and can go to the vineyard.

Once you arrive in the vineyard the actual experience will begin: after a brief explanation you will be able to begin the harvest. The experience will then continue with the crushing with your feet.

The experience will conclude with a tour of the winery and a snack in the vineyard that includes:

•    local cured meats (raw and cooked)
•    peppers with bagna cauda
•    Russian salad
