This menu includes cold and hot traditional country hors d'oeuvres, followed by a homemade first course of your choice, a second course and dessert to end the experience.

The delicious menu includes a tasting of 5 wines.

For children there is a menu which includes pasta, schnitzel and potatoes and a final dessert, so they too can enjoy this fun experience.

The Langhe vineyard dinner allows you to discover the authenticity of the Langhe through the wines and history of this winery.

When you arrive, you will be welcomed by Roberto, the winery owner, who will take you on a fascinating journey through agronomic practices. You will then be able to explore the winery while receiving detailed oenological explanations.

Then you will be delighted by an aperitif accompanied by a selection of wines.

The evening will conclude with a dinner that includes:

After a brief introduction about the land and vineyards, you will visit the Luigi Arnulfo Historical Museum and the production winery.

Following this, you will taste 5 wines produced on site:

Cru experience tasting

You can discover and explore all the secrets that characterize the vineyards surrounding the estate, capable of giving wines with different shades of colors, scents and tastes. 

This experience includes an in-depth tour of the historic vineyards "Campo del Gatto" and "Campo dei Buoi" concluding with the "Bricco" vantage point overlooking La Morra.

Following this, a tasting of 4 wines is scheduled:

Through this experience you will try the best local wines paired with the sweetness of Piedmontese chocolate.

Picnic in the vineyard in Franciacorta, ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing day among the hills and vines typical of the area.

Inside the picnic basket, you will find food and wine delicacies prepared with local products by the Chef of the restaurant "La Dama Bianca" to offer you a unique and surprising culinary experience.

Upon your arrival, the staff will provide you with everything you will need: towels on which to lie down, pillows to offer you maximum comfort and a basket stocked with all the necessary dishes. To accompany your lunch, bubbles of Franciacorta will be served.

During the duration of the picnic you will be able to stretch out in the meadow, surrounded by vineyards, and enjoy breathtaking views with an evocative view of the ancient Castle of Bornato.

Tasting 2: The Organic Franciacorta.

The area's product of excellence is organic Franciacorta, a wine that is the result of a meticulous and innovative process. During the experience you will taste three wines, Animante, Rosè and Satèn, and discover the secrets of the production of Organic Franciacorta, which represents a cultural change before even a productive one, based on respect and the search for authenticity.

The tastings are accompanied by water, breadsticks and a single serving of Organic Parmigiano. The visit including tasting lasts about 2 hours.

Some areas of the winery have temperatures around 12° C and high humidity; consequently, we recommend appropriate clothing. The visit also includes a tour of the vineyard and, therefore, we suggest comfortable and suitable footwear.

The tasting and visit to the Infernot wineries in Monferrato takes place in Cella Monte, which joined the Borghi più Belli d’Italia since 2018 and includes: a visit to the historic winery and infernot, followed by a tasting of 4 wines.

For those who like it, you can add a small board with cold cuts, cheeses, bruschettine.

The infernot are underground caves dug by hand, which allowed the Monferrato territory to become a UNESCO World Heritage Site along with the Langhe and Roero territories in 2014.

The visit concludes with a tasting of 4 wines produced by the winery accompanied, for those who wish, by a small cutting board of local products and breadsticks (+5€). For the cutting board it is possible to request a vegetarian version.

After visiting the museum, you will have the opportunity to explore the aging cellars of Razzano Castle. Wine tasting is a highlight of the visit. Each person will have the opportunity to taste three different wines, representative of Castello di Razzano's production. The wine selection could include both white and red wines, depending on your preferences or specialties of the region. To accompany the tasting, you will be served a platter of typical local cured meats and cheeses, which pair perfectly with the wines.

Positioned in one of the most evocative corners of Monferrato and surrounded by an estate of great scenic beauty, Castello di Razzano is the ideal reference point for those who wish to enjoy eno-gastronomic experiences of the area.

The picnic on the farm in Nizza Monferrato allows you to enjoy typical products of the Piedmont region with your partner or family and in the company of your four-legged friends.

You can consume the picnic among flowers and horses, surrounded by cultivated hills and vineyards in the heart of Piedmont. The only recommendation is to respect nature.

Wine tasting in the heart of the Langhe in Alba allows you to enjoy a unique experience in a farmhouse created in 2002 from a beautiful early 20th century farmhouse.

The estate is located in the heart of the Barbaresco hills, in the middle of a green basin, where vineyards alternate with woods and lush nature. Situated about 250 meters above sea level, the farmhouse gives you evocative views of the vine-covered hills of the Langhe.

This experience allows you to experience a journey of discovery of home-grown wines such as Barolo and Barbaresco.

The experience will begin with a tour of the vineyards. The estate includes more than 25 hectares of land, 12 of which are vineyards, where organic farming is practiced. The sommelier will tell you about the history of the vineyards and the various stages of vineyard work.
