The tour begins in the vineyard, located in the heart of the Langhe, and then proceeds to the winery where the production processes of the historic wines made by the winery, including the famous Barolo DOCG, are explained. At the end of the visit, guests can taste a selection of Piedmontese wines, which varies depending on the option chosen.

The experience varies in duration, between 1 and 2 hours, and is suitable for everyone. Minors are not allowed to taste.

Discovering the vineyards (1 hour)

A walk through the vineyards (2 hours)

Guided tour of the winery and vineyards, followed by a tasting. The tasting includes:

This tour is for experienced wine lovers who wish to deepen their knowledge related to the world of viticulture and oenology and observe the territory from a privileged point of view.

Barolo unveils itself (2 hours)

Guided tour of the winery and vineyards, followed by a tasting. Participants will have the opportunity to taste several vintages of Dosio's Barolo, guided by an experienced sommelier who will explain the history of the winery and the specific characteristics of the wines.

This tour is aimed at wine experts and connoisseurs who wish to refine their knowledge of Piedmontese wine production and, in particular, of Barolo production techniques.

Upon request, it is possible to combine the chosen tasting with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses (recommended for 2 people) for an additional charge.

A visit to the Agricola Marrone winery will introduce you to the history of wine production of one of the most historic wineries in the Langhe, including the well-known Barolo.

The activity begins with a guided tour of the main rooms where the wine-making process takes place. Afterwards, you will have the posssibilità to taste selected wines from the area, along with bread and breadsticks.

To personalize the experience you will then have the posssibità to choose from different types of tastings.

Visit a family winery in Roero, where you can taste wines and enjoy a delicious lunch near Cuneo.

The experience begins with a tour of the winery and follows with lunch and a tasting of 3 wines. Lunch includes a set menu that includes: a welcome from the kitchen, two appetizers, a first course, second course with side dish, dessert, water, coffee, bitter and cover charge.

This experience will allow you to discover the territory of Roero, in the province of Cuneo, through its wineries, wines and local dishes.

The visit, followed by a tasting, allows visitors to immerse themselves in the historic local winery of the Luzi Donadei winery in the heart of the Langhe.

The duration of the experience is about 2 hours and, with favorable weather conditions, the visit will conclude with a walk through the streets of the village to discover the estate's vineyards. It is also possible to conduct the visit in English and French.

The alpaca walk and picnic in the Langhe is a perfect experience to spend a relaxing time with friends or family.

You will begin with an initial briefing, during which you will be explained all about the world of alpacas and get to know your fellow adventurers better.

Then you will do the actual walk, lasting about 1 hour, during which you will rope the alpacas in the woods adjacent to the farm.

At the end of the walk you will have the opportunity to visit the farm with black Piedmontese pigs in the wild.

You will then conclude the experience with a rich picnic that includes:

A wine tasting with a guided tour of the "Il Dosso" winery in Corte Franca is a unique opportunity to learn about the production processes of the famous Franciacorta and immerse yourself in the hills of Brescia, not far from Lake Iseo. 

The experience begins with a tasting, led by the producer, of selected Franciacorta wines offered by the winery, accompanied by a sampling of local cured meats and cheeses. It will continue with a visit to the winery, where you can learn about Franciacorta production techniques. 

It is possible to add an additional mixed platter of selected cured meats and cheeses to share (recommended for 2 people) for an additional fee.

The guided winery tour with lunch at the Ambrosini Estate will allow you to learn about Franciacorta wine production techniques and enjoy a lunch of local products.

A wine tasting and visit to the historic Mosnel winery in Franciacorta is an experience not to be missed!

After the guided tour of the cellars, choose 3 of the 5 Franciacorta wines that have come to define the Mosnel winery style: Brut, Brut Nature, Pas Dosé, Rosé, Satèn.

All wine tastings are accompanied by a small sample of local breadsticks, salami and cheese to better taste the wines on offer. You can request the addition of a mixed platter of cured meats from Az. Agricola Al Berlinghetto + 2 types of local cheeses + breadsticks (recommended for 2 people).

You will taste 3 glasses of your choice of the following wines:

•    Brut - Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes that defines the winery's style.
•    Brut Nature - Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc with the structured touch of Pinot Noir, aged at least 24 months on the lees.
•    Pas Dosé - Matured at least 30 months to express the harmony of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes.

The experience begins with a walk through the farm's vineyards, followed by a guided tour during which the production techniques of Franciacorta wines and, in particular, the so-called "classic" method will be explained.

Afterwards, you can choose to taste 2 or 3 glasses of Franciacorta Tenuta Ambrosini DOCG.

The experience includes a tour of the winery and wine and food pairing with two different options to choose from.

Stellata tasting (for couples only)

The "Stellata" option can only be done as a couple and includes the following wines:

•    Flûte of "Franca Tallarini- Anima Mellis 2006" Pinot Noir Brut Metodo Classico tasted in the aging cellar
•    Goblet of "Harlequin" 2021 Chardonnay paired with: Magatello veils served pink, tuna sauce emulsion, Pantelleria capers, purple potatoes and roasted almonds
•    Glass of "Arlecchino Bergamo" 2017 Rosso della Bergamasca I.G.T. paired with: Durum wheat semolina lasagnetta with seasonal Primizie and Parmigiano Riserva
•    Goblet of "Satiro" 2013 Rosso della Bergamasca I.G.T. cabernet Sauvignon paired with: "Peter's Farm" slow roasted filet of suckling veal in hay served with 2013 "Satiro" ristretto, potato mousse and small vegetables.

The tasting ends with a carrot cake with white chocolate cremino and Sorrento walnuts.

The tasting and visit to the Infernot wineries in Monferrato takes place in Cella Monte, which joined the Borghi più Belli d’Italia since 2018 and includes: a visit to the historic winery and infernot, followed by a tasting of 4 wines.

For those who like it, you can add a small board with cold cuts, cheeses, bruschettine.

The infernot are underground caves dug by hand, which allowed the Monferrato territory to become a UNESCO World Heritage Site along with the Langhe and Roero territories in 2014.

The visit concludes with a tasting of 4 wines produced by the winery accompanied, for those who wish, by a small cutting board of local products and breadsticks (+5€). For the cutting board it is possible to request a vegetarian version.

During the tasting you will taste:

Wine tasting with a guided tour of the winery and vineyard in Alba is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the hills of Piedmont and discover the Langhe region.

The experience begins with a walk through the vineyard from where you will admire the view of the Barolo and Barbaresco hills. Then you will continue into the winery and be shown all the rooms that characterize the wine production process.

At the end of the visit, you will be treated to a tasting of 5 wines including:

•    2 glasses of white wine of your choice
•    1 glass of Rosè di Nebbiolo
•    2 glasses of red wine of your choice

The wines will be accompanied by a board of typical products.

To participate in the tasting you must be over 18 years of age. Minors will not be allowed to taste.

The winery tour and tasting in the Piedmont hills of Langhe and Monferrato will allow you to discover the products of the area while visiting a quaint family-run winery.

The winery is located in Calosso, in the province of Asti, and the tour begins with a short walk through the vineyards around the winery while the owner will give you an introduction to the area.

You will continue by visiting the winery with its winemaking area and the rooms where the wine is aged in barrels.

At the end you will be taken to the panoramic terrace or to the tasting room (in winter) to taste 6 wines including their Chardonnay, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Gamba di Pernice to end with Moscato d'Asti.

Everyone can participate in the tour and tasting. Minors can participate free of charge by not drinking.

Couple picnic in the hills of Monferrato, with a basket composed of typical local products. To make the picnic perfect, each couple will receive everything needed to create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, including a tablecloth to spread out on and two glasses to enjoy wine.

The bottle of wine of the couple's choice will be carefully chosen from among the best wines they produce, in order to provide an authentic and high-quality experience.

To complete the gastronomic experience, a menu based on Monferrato products, such as local cured meats and cheeses and freshly baked bread, will also be provided. The experience will be fully supervised by the winery's winemaker and will consist of a tour of the vineyards surrounding the estate, a visit to the winemaking cellar and the underground barrique cellar, and a tasting of 5 estate-made wines accompanied by a platter of local cured meats and cheeses.

This experience allows you to visit the farm and taste 3 or 5 wines while fully immersing yourself in the Monferrato territory.

The tasting is preceded by a visit to the winery and vineyards.
