Wine tasting and tour of Tallarini Cellars
The wine tasting and tour of Tallarini Cellars is organized in groups and lasts about two hours.
The experience includes a tour of the winery and wine and food pairing with two different options to choose from.
You will have the opportunity to see all stages of wine and classic method production, from grape arrival to bottling and labeling.
Sweet Tasting
A tasting of 5 wines with food pairing will follow.
- Flûte of "Crystal Rime - 56*16" Pinot Noir Brut Metodo Classico paired with Taleggio dop
- Glass of "Arlecchino" 2023 Varietal Chardonnay paired with Culatello di Zibello
- Goblet of "Arlecchino Bergamo" 2017 Rosso della Bergamasca I.G.T. paired with "Le due lune di Agosto" Salami
- Goblet of "Satiro" 2013 Rosso della Bergamasca I.G.T. Cabernet S.paired with Roccolo della Valtaleggio
- Goblet of Moscato di Scanzo DOCG Passito Rosso paired with artisanal biscuits
Stellata tasting (for couples only)
The "Stellata" option can only be done as a couple and includes the following wines:
- Flûte of "Franca Tallarini- Anima Mellis 2006" Pinot Noir Brut Metodo Classico tasted in the aging cellar
- Goblet of "Harlequin" 2021 Chardonnay paired with: Magatello veils served pink, tuna sauce emulsion, Pantelleria capers, purple potatoes and roasted almonds
- Glass of "Arlecchino Bergamo" 2017 Rosso della Bergamasca I.G.T. paired with: Durum wheat semolina lasagnetta with seasonal Primizie and Parmigiano Riserva
- Goblet of "Satiro" 2013 Rosso della Bergamasca I.G.T. cabernet Sauvignon paired with: "Peter's Farm" slow roasted filet of suckling veal in hay served with 2013 "Satiro" ristretto, potato mousse and small vegetables.
The tasting ends with a carrot cake with white chocolate cremino and Sorrento walnuts.

Up to 20 people can participate. One must be of legal age to taste.
It is possible to be assisted by an English translator for the entire duration of the experience at an additional cost of €150, to be paid on site. If you wish to use this service, it is necessary to contact the facility after making your reservation.
