Dinner among Vineyards and Olive Groves in Monferrato

This summer dinner allows you to live a unique experience immersed in an evocative atmosphere: among the vineyards and olive groves of Piedmont, a Unesco heritage site.

Tables under the stars, surrounded by neat rows and olive trees , will welcome you creating an intimate and authentic atmosphere.

You will enjoy a dinner of dishes inspired by the local tradition and accompanied by our wines and olive oil.

The menu includes:

• Welcome aperitif with 1 glass of Spumante Brut Rosato "BrichetRosè"
• Battuta di fassona, whipped robiola, breadstick crumble, lime
• Veal sirloin in CBT, soft tonnata and fior di cappero
• Summer salad of grilled rooster, celery , green apple and walnuts
• Agnolotti "del plin" pasta with roast sauce and hazelnut crumbs
• Braised pork cheek in CBT with Barbera d'Asti "La Dama" with rosemary potatoes
• Tiramisu Delight
