Agritourism lunch amidst Vineyards and Olive groves in Monferrato

This farmhouse lunch allows you to enjoy a gastronomic experience of typical Piedmontese dishes accompanied by local oil and wine.

This experience will let you discover firsthand the colors, scents and flavors of spring in the Unesco World Heritage hills of Piedmont.

The menu includes:

• welcome aperitif with glass of Spumante Brut Rosato
• hors d'oeuvres: pink veal swivel, tuna sauce and caper blossom, tartlet with stringy heart and fondue
• 1 first course: gnocchi with meat sauce and sausage
• 1 second course: braised pork cheek bites with fluffy puree
• 1 dessert: chocolate salami
