This agritourism lunch allows you to enjoy a gastronomic experience of typical Piedmontese dishes accompanied by our wines and olive oil.
This experience will let you discover firsthand the colors, scents and flavors of Spring in the hills of Piedmont, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

- Welcome aperitif with glass of Spumante Brut Rosato
- Guinea fowl roulade, spring salad and grana flakes
- Delicate tartare of fassona, robiola mousse, breadstick crumble and lime
