At 7:00 pm there will be a welcome drink with wines from the winery.
Dinner will be served around 8 pm and the menuù è consists of:
- Welcome appetizer with friciule, salami and cheese
- Carne cruda alla Monferrina
- Citello tonnato della tradizione
- Russian salad
- Agnolotti al rugo d'rosto
- Maltagliati with vegetable ragù
- Roast beef with baked potatoes

It was truly a wonderful experience! Great food, excellent wine, and a truly charming setting. It’s easy to get there by car—the road is very smooth. Highly recommended!
