Winery visit and lunch with wine tasting in the Langhe region

Visit to the vineyards and winery with tasting of 5 wines paired with traditional Piedmontese dishes, in Neive in the province of Cuneo.

Program

The experience begins with a welcome at the winery and a walk through the vineyards surrounding the winery, where the philosophy of organic production and the way the vines and soil are cared for are explained.

It continues with a visit to the winemaking area, among barrels and tanks, to learn about the different stages of the production process: from fermentation to aging.

The visit ends in the tasting room, where five of the winery's wines are served paired with traditional local dishes in a familiar and welcoming environment. During the tasting, the characteristics and special features of each wine are explained.
