Basic menu

This menu allows you to taste the following dishes:

• Maciottina (farmhouse robiola cheese) with vegetable sauce

• Tajarin with ragú of sausage

All drinks are excluded.

Tasting menu

This option allows you to taste typical Piedmontese dishes accompanied by wine. Includes:
