The experience begins with a visit to the acetaia of about an hour with an explanation of all the steps to produce balsamic vinegar including the phase in which the acetified must is made naturally.

At the end of the visit, participants will be able to taste all the products that have made Modena renowned, namely the 40 year old PDO and PGI Modena balsamic vinegar and the other condiments from the vinegar cellar.
