During the experience, an experienced sommelier will accompany you on a 1-hour tasting inside a wine shop in the heart of Bologna. You will taste three renowned Italian red wines including sparkling Pignoletto Classico and robust Sangiovese, paired with a selection of typical cold meats and cheeses, artisanal sauces, jams, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and an authentic Bolognese ragù
The’expert will reveal to you the secrets of’food and wine pairing, helping you to recognize the aromas, flavors and characteristics of each glass.
To complete the’activity there’è the Sommelier Game: a 10-question quiz to test your knowledge. At the end you will receive a personalized evaluation, advice on the wines best suited to your tastes and a digital certificate.
