The experience begins with a visit to the acetaia of about an hour with an explanation of all the steps to produce balsamic vinegar including the phase in which the acetified must is made naturally.

At the end of the visit, participants will be able to taste all the products that have made Modena renowned, namely the 40 year old PDO and PGI Modena balsamic vinegar and the other condiments from the vinegar cellar. You must be self-driven for the experience, which includes a visit to the ham factory, or you can use transportation: the transfer is then self-directed.

The Saddle Baptism allows children ages 3 to 10 to have a first encounter with a horse or pony, during which children learn to get to know, pet and brush it, gaining confidence and respect for the animal. The instructor explains in a simple way how to behave safely and accompanies each child on the first ride, on docile and age-appropriate animals.

There follows a short assisted walk at the pace, with the horse led at the lunge by the instructor or an assistant, and then games such as small cone courses, small soft obstacles or gymkhanas are provided to make the experience more fun.
