You will walk in nature in search of the black gold, learning to recognize the right plants and the correct techniques for extracting and handling truffles.
The hike takes place among woods and easy trails, with practical explanations about the world of truffles and the fundamental role of the search dog.
On your return to the farm, you will be able to taste the truffles you have collected, or those already prepared, accompanied by a selection of wines from the farm’s labels and a board of typical products.
