Holidoit Gift Cards and Vouchers are digital-only products: we do not ship any physical items. This page explains how, when and at what cost they are delivered.

Gift Cards and Vouchers are sent digitally by e-mail as a PDF file to the e-mail address provided at checkout.

The PDF contains the code to enter when booking on holidoit.com, its value and its expiry date.

Delivery is immediate: you will receive the e-mail with your Gift Card or Voucher right after the payment is confirmed.

If at checkout you chose to send the Gift Card directly to the recipient on a scheduled date, it will be delivered to the recipient on the selected date.

Delivery is free of charge (€0.00): there are no shipping costs.

Check your spam or promotions folder and make sure the e-mail address entered at checkout is correct.

If you still can’t find it, write to us at info@holidoit.com with your order number and we will send your Gift Card or Voucher again.
