The experience begins with a gentle walk in the woods, a pristine corner where goats live free and happy, surrounded by the beauty of a natural environment that welcomes and protects them.

Here, you will have the opportunity to milk the goats with your own hands, collecting fresh and genuine milk, ready to be turned into delicacies. An experience that will allow you to come into direct contact with the work of the land, rediscovering the value of healthy and authentic food.

Next, you will move to a charming country "ciabot," where Paolo, with his experience and passion, will guide you in the art of cheesemaking. With the help of a rural kitchen, you will learn how to make delicious cheese, step by step. The rustic and cozy atmosphere of the "ciabot" will allow you to fully understand the artisanal process and respect for traditional methods.

In the meantime, while the milk is being transformed into cheese, you can delight your palate with a fine tasting of artisanal cheeses, both goat and cow, accompanied by a selection of typical local products, such as cured meats, honey and homemade jams, all while sipping a good glass of local wine, perhaps a Roero Arneis or a Roero Rosso, which enhance the authentic flavors of the hills.

This winery tour with tasting in Castagnito, in the heart of the Roero, will immerse you in the history of the production of the best-known Roero wines.

You will have the opportunity to taste 5 or 7 wines, depending on the option you choose, paired with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses.

On being welcomed, you will be able to admire the views of the surrounding hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site .

After a few minutes you will be accompanied to the winery, where you can learn about all the stages of production and aging of the most historical wines of the ROERO tradition.

A wine tasting with a guided tour of the "Il Dosso" winery in Corte Franca is a unique opportunity to learn about the production processes of the famous Franciacorta and immerse yourself in the hills of Brescia, not far from Lake Iseo.

The visit with lunch has a total duration of about 3 hours and is ideal for groups and families, but also to have a romantic lunch with your partner. At the end of the experience it will be possible to go to the wine shop.

A wine tasting and visit to the historic Mosnel winery in Franciacorta is an experience not to be missed!

After the guided tour of the cellars, choose 3 of the 5 Franciacorta wines that have come to define the Mosnel winery style: Brut, Brut Nature, Pas Dosé, Rosé, Satèn.

All wine tastings are accompanied by a small sample of local breadsticks, salami and cheese to better taste the wines on offer. You can request the addition of a mixed platter of cured meats from Az. Agricola Al Berlinghetto + 2 types of local cheeses + breadsticks (recommended for 2 people).

You will taste 3 glasses of your choice of the following wines:

•    Brut - Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes that defines the winery's style.
•    Brut Nature - Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc with the structured touch of Pinot Noir, aged at least 24 months on the lees.
•    Pas Dosé - Matured at least 30 months to express the harmony of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes.
•    Rosé - Fragrant blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with roundness of Pinot Blanc.
•    Satèn - Elegant Franciacorta with creamy, rich and refined perlage.

For this tour it is recommended to bring a garment to cover yourself adequately even in summer.

Inside the picnic basket, you will find food and wine delicacies prepared with local products by the Chef of the restaurant "La Dama Bianca" to offer you a unique and surprising culinary experience.

Upon your arrival, the staff will provide you with everything you will need: towels on which to lie down, pillows to offer you maximum comfort and a basket stocked with all the necessary dishes. To accompany your lunch, bubbles of Franciacorta will be served.

A visit to Bornato Castle with 1 glass tasting is a unique experience.

Bornato Castle and Villa Orlando, are located in the heart of Franciacorta and are a rare example of a Renaissance villa built inside a medieval castle. An overlook over the vineyards allows visitors to admire the wonderful, unique round vineyard from above.

This experience includes a guided tour of the castle and villa with a passage through the basement and the ancient wine cellar active until 2000.

At the end you will have the opportunity to taste a glass of Franciacorta wine produced by the castle, which can only be purchased on site.

You can decide whether to do a view with tasting or a visit with tasting followed by lunch in the castle restaurant in the former stables attached to the walls.

Alternatively, you will have the option of selecting the tour with a visit to the Pieve di San Bartolomeo.

From May 15 to 17, 2026, the village of Bornato will host Franciacorta in Fiore, the national exhibition of roses and herbaceous perennials. By selecting this tour, in addition to the historical tour of Bornato Castle, you will have included admission to the Franciacorta in Fiore exhibition.

The guided tour at the museum and winery, located in the hinterland of Franciacorta near Lake Iseo, will immerse you in the history of the winery and introduce you to the production process of Franciacorta DOCG and Curtefranca DOC wines. The visit is followed by a tasting of 2/3 selected Franciacorta wines, accompanied by breadsticks.

The tasting and visit to the Infernot cellars in Monferrato takes place in Cella Monte, which joined the Borghi più Belli d'Italia (Italy's Most Beautiful Villages) in 2018 and includes: a visit to the historic winery and the infernot, followed by a tasting of four wines and a small platter of cured meats, cheeses and bruschetta.

The infernot are underground caves dug by hand, which allowed the Monferrato territory to become a UNESCO World Heritage Site along with the Langhe and Roero territories in 2014.

The visit concludes with a tasting of four wines produced by the winery accompanied by a small cutting board of local products and breadsticks. For the cutting board you can request a vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free version.

After visiting the museum, you will have the opportunity to explore the aging cellars of Razzano Castle. Wine tasting is a highlight of the visit. The experience will be fully supervised by the winery's winemaker and will consist of a tour of the vineyards surrounding the estate, a visit to the winemaking cellar and the underground barrique cellar, and a tasting of 5 estate-made wines accompanied by a platter of local cured meats and cheeses.
