Program

As soon as you arrive, you will be served a welcome glass, which you can taste during a tour of the winery's production area, accompanied by a brief introduction to the project.

Next you will taste 3 wine bases, learning to recognize the differences related to production methods. Based on your tastes, you can then create your own custom blend.

To conclude, you will be able to unleash your imagination by decorating the bottle label of the created wine.

At the end of the experience you will be given a bottle of the wine made, one per group (group means the group that made the reservation), to take home as a memento of the experience.

Any extra bottles of the created blend can be purchased directly on site, at a price of 10€ per bottle, upon request to the facility prior to creation.

For the picnic in the hills of Bergamo in Scanzorosciate, you will be greeted upon arrival by Daniela, who will take you on an hour-long experience that will take you from the winery to the vineyards, olive grove, orchard and forest, to the beehives, explaining the winery philosophy and the history of Moscato di Scanzo.

After the walk, you will be treated to a delicious alcoholic or non-alcoholic aperitif, during which you will be shown to the picnic site.

You will find everything you need for the picnic and aperitif already on site, from blanket to pillows, books to seating.

You will receive your picnic basket containing a bottle of red table wine, water and a delicious seasonal menu consisting of appetizer, main course and dessert, prepared with healthy food from km 0 and combined with EVO oil, jams, honey and fruit from the farm.

Wine tasting of Ronchi Varesini wines and vineyard visit in Albizzate è a wonderful experience.

The tour will begin with a visit to the vineyards and description of pruning techniques, grape varieties and their cultivation, and harvesting and winemaking; è including an explanation of the Ronchi Varesini PGI and history of Varese wine, possibly with a Power Point lecture projection on the subject.

The visit includes a guided tour of the dairy together with the Master Cheesemaker, who introduces techniques, processes and curiosities related to production.

Afterwards, you can choose between 2 tasting formulas

•    cheese tasting, 1 hot dish and 1 bottle of wine for every 2 people

Wine tasting with a visit to the steamship Lombardia 1908, aboard a historic boat moored on Lake Maggiore, in Arona, among history, local wines and local products.

During the experience you will discover anecdotes and curiosities about the steamship and the productions passed down from generation to generation, in a unique and evocative setting.

You will be able to choose from three different tasting routes:

3 wines, 4 wines or 5 wines, choosing which wines to taste from labels such as Francigeno, Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG, Metodo Classico Redentum, Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG San Michele, Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG Passito Ardorem, San Martino macerated white wine, rosé wine, Canavese DOC Barbera Abbazia, Canavese DOC Nebbiolo Saio and Carema DOC.

For those who wish to extend their stay, it is possible to select the tasting tour with overnight stay that includes, in addition to the tasting of 3 wines, a night in a double suite with breakfast, sauna and private jacuzzi.

Renting an e-bike in Valle Intelvi will allow you to explore a beautiful area of the Lombardy Pre-Alps, surrounded by nature and located between Lake Como and Lake Lugano.

Following the roads and paths that connect its villages, you will be able to admire beautiful landscapes, breathtaking views and stop to taste excellent local products.

Depending on the type of route you want to take, you may want to opt for a front e-bike (with front suspension only) suitable for riding on paved roads and less winding trails or a full e-bike (with front and rear suspension) suitable for riding even off-road and more winding and articulated trails.

Before departure, the staff at the rental store will explain how to best use your e-bike and will be on hand to provide advice on trails, what to visit and where to stop for unfast or relaxing refreshments.
