During the experience you will be welcomed into the Casèra in Gerola Alta, at 1050 meters in the Orobian Alps, and visit the aging rooms where thousands of wheels rest. You will discover the process that makes Storico Ribelle one of the world's longest-aged cheeses, along with the secrets and traditional techniques that make it unique.
The visit concludes with a tasting that includes three vintages of Storico Ribelle Presidio Slow Food, accompanied by a glass of Valtellina Superiore DOCG to enhance the flavors of this extraordinary cheese product.
