You begin with a tour of the farm and winery, you will then have a tasting of 2 vintages of Nebbiolo wine along with a tasting of organic cheeses.
Light lunch
You will begin with a tour of the farm and winery, then do a tasting of 2 vintages of Nebbiolo wine along with a light lunch of crostini with flavored butter and ricotta cheese, organic cheeses, cured meats, dessert, coffeeè and water.
