Dinner at a mountain hut in Val di Fassa above Canazei at Passo Sella with transportation by snowcat through the mountains of the Dolomites.

Departure è planned for 7:00 p.m. from Passo Sella and with a snowcat or tracked quad you will reach the hut in about 10 minutes from which you can admire the snowy panorama of the Dolomites at over 2000 meters.

The Rifugio Burz is a recently built facility, capable of combining tradition and modernity, both in its location and in its cuisine. Located at 1963 m, it is part of the Sellaronda circuit, a ski tour that connects the four Dolomite passes around the Sella massif.

Dinner at altitude at Rifugio Col Pradat in Colfosco in the municipality of Corvara in Badia, in the Province of Bolzano. With a beautiful panoramic view of Alta Badia and the Dolomites, you can enjoy the flavors of South Tyrolean cuisine.

The hut will be reached by snowcat, whose starting point is the Colfosco bridge. The approximate time of departure is 18:30, however, the exact one will be agreed directly with the facility the day before or the same day by phone.

The fixed menuù consists of 5 courses and drinks are excluded:

•    Carpaccio of venison from its own hunting ground on a bed of mixed salad, grilled porcini mushrooms and Parmesan shavings.
•    Pumpkin soup with mountain herb crouton or barley soup with tutres.
•    Homemade ravioli filled with potatoes and leeks with alpine butter and sage or hemp pappardelle with fresh chanterelles.
•    Medaglioni of suckling pig in a farmer's bacon coat with Pusteresi potatoes with rosemary and seasonal vegetables.

The experience is scheduled at 7 p.m. in Campitello di Fassa where a guide will be waiting for you and will take you to the hut by snowmobile along snowy trails (about 20 min). The snowmobile will be driven by the lodge staff.

The lodge is located in Val Duron, one of the four Ladin valleys in the Fassa Valley area, nestled among the Dolomite rocks of Sasso Piatto and Catinaccio (a UNESCO World Heritage Site).

The evening begins with a flute of prosecco accompanied by a greeting from the kitchen.

The full menu includes: appetizer, a first course or second course, and dessert. Beverages are excluded.
