Dinner at Rifugio Burz with transportation by snowcat or snowmobile to Arabba

The Rifugio Burz is a recently built facility, capable of combining tradition and modernity, both in its location and in its cuisine. Located at 1963 m, it is part of the Sellaronda circuit, a ski tour that connects the four Dolomite passes around the Sella massif.

The experience they offer includes dinner at altitude, in a setting that combines traditional wooden beams with large windows and modern interior furnishings, with round-trip transportation from the Arabba chairlift by snowmobile or snowcat.

The cuisine is capable of combining traditional flavors with a dash of modernity. Dinner includes a 4-course menu (appetizer, first course, main course, dessert).

Thursday:

• Alpine Gray meatballs with pistachio mayonnaise and sweet and sour red onion
• Buttered spinach casunzei with smoked ricotta and poppy seeds
• Costata of Moi Moi beef with baked vegetables
• Chocolate indomitable with sea buckthorn and rum

Saturday (Live Music):

• Aperitif around the fireplace
• Tartare of Grigio Alpina with marrow gratin
• Mushroom risotto with the scent of bear garlic
• Costata of Grigio Alpina with baked vegetables and tubers
• Creme brulée and berries
