Otherwise we recommend polenta prepared on a wood-burning stove as in the old days and accompanied by rabbit or other condiments such as melted cheese, goulash or mushrooms.

There is a reduced menu for children up to 6 years old.

For the return trip, the guide will take you back to the meeting point.

Rifugio Burz is a recently built facility that combines tradition and modernity, both in its location and in its cuisine. Located at 1963 m asl, it is part of the Sellaronda circuit, a ski tour that connects the four Dolomite passes around the Sella massif.

Hiking boots or after-ski boots are required for all snowshoeing in the Fassa Valley and it is recommended to bring a backpack with a wind/rain jacket, water bottle and snacks.
