The Picnic tour among the vineyards of Bolgheri will begin inside the facility, where you will be told the story of the founding Family of the winery, and of the Bolgheri appellation of controlled origin (DOC).

Next, during the tour you will be led in front of the vineyards, where the story of the different stages of processing from the bunch to the bottle will begin. You will pass through the vat cellar and the barrique cellar, where fermentation and aging take place.

Afterwards, you will be escorted to the point of sale, where you will be given the opportunity to choose a bottle of your choice from the DOC Bolgheri "Caccia al Palazzo" Vermentino, Rosato and IGT Toscana Rosso wines. You will be given a picnic basket containing a stuffed Tuscan focaccia, a small seasonal fruit salad, a single-portion jam tart, water, glasses and glasses.

Next, you will be escorted to the picnic station located under the olive trees, in the middle of the vineyards, but close to the facility. Here you can spend a few hours in total relaxation and harmony with the surrounding nature.

The tasting is accompanied by bruschetta with homemade E.V. oil.

Dogs are allowed, but they will not be allowed to follow you around the vineyard and winery.

Wine tasting with a visit to Podere Conca in Bolgheri, near Castagneto Carducci, gives you a unique experience at a Tuscan farm.

You will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with a 19th-century farm characterized by traditional stone walls.

You can choose between two options.

Basic Tasting

If you choose this option, you will have the opportunity to visit the vineyard adjacent to the Podere, discovering the methods of cultivation according to the dictates of organic farming.

The experience will then continue with a tasting of 3 wines:

•    196 IGT Costa Toscana Cabernet Sauvignon

Everything will beà accompanied by samples of Tuscan cold cuts and cheeses and crostini with Organic EVO Oil of own production.

Sensory Tasting

This visit will take place in two different locations. Therefore, it is advisable to travel to the winery with your own means of transportation, as there is no transfer from one place to the other.

The visit begins in the vineyard adjacent to the Podere, discovering the methods of cultivation according to the dictates of’organic farming.

Following this, you will move to the winery -about 10 minutes away by car- where you will be shown the winemaking processes.

The tasting will offer you an olfactory and sensory experience: a hands-on exercise to sharpen your ability to recognize and memorize scents of herbs and fruits and to associate them with the scents of our wines. 

You will taste, inside the winery, 4 wines:

•    Elleboro DOC Bolgheri Bianco
•    196 IGT Costa Toscana Cabernet Sauvignon
•    Agapanto DOC Bolgheri Rosso
•    1 fourth wine straight from barrique

The wines will be accompanied by samples of Tuscan cold cuts and cheeses and crostini with organic Olio EVO of own production.   

During the winter months, the tour begins at the winery and then moves to the Podere where it will continue with tasting and samplings.

In September, during the harvest, it will not be possible to visit the winery.

In the hills of Bolgheri you can visit the vineyards and winery and have the opportunity to taste locally produced Bolgheri DOC wines. You can choose from two tours, each lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes:

The visit to the Historic Cellars of Montepulciano and tasting, is a unique experience. To accompany the wines, the tasting includes a small board of typical products.

The tour begins with a guided tour of the winery, where you will be told the full story of the owner family and the historic winery.

Tasting 6 wines:

•    1 DOC Rosso di Montepulciano
•    2 types of DOCG: nobile classico and nobile selezione

A clothing appropriate for the low temperatures from the winery is recommended.

The winery is located in a limited traffic zone, but there is a parking lot just a 5-minute walk away.

The vineyard picnic in Val d'Orcia in Montepulciano is a unique experience that will allow you to enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan countryside while enjoying local delicacies with a view of Montepulciano.

The Picnic in the Vineyard includes a basket for two with stuffed sandwiches, a bottle of red wine selection "Triacca Santavenere Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG" (alternatively the white "San Bartolomeo Toscana IGT").

Water is included in the basket. Upon arrival at the estate you will be given glass goblets and corkscrews.

The Picnic takes place near Montepulciano, Val di Chiana and it is possible to choose between two different tours:

Picnic Gourmand (3 hours)

The Picnic Gourmand experience offers a selection of slow food delicacies prepared fresh from the best local ingredients and strictly home made. The menu includes a variety of dishes such as pennette rigate with vegetarian ragout, red potato and cheese pie, organic garden vegetable quiche, and charcuterie sandwich.

In addition, the picnic basket also includes a summer fruit salad and salted butter almonds, Illy espresso or Moka coffee, and natural or sparkling mineral water. To complete the experience, the farm will provide everything needed for the picnic, including picnic basket, crate, blanket, plaid, pillows, tablecloth, food box, ceramic plates, glassware, candles, and stainless steel cutlery.

The Podere offers a romantic picnic experience that promises to be a unique and memorable experience. The menu chosen includes a selection of fresh, seasonally-related products with a focus on the slow food philosophy.

The picnic basket includes a variety of delicacies, such as mini red potato tortilla, savory zucchini quiche, and tartlet with goat cheese, walnuts, and honey. In addition, there will also be a wide selection of beverages, including rosé or red wine to match the dishes and still or sparkling mineral water.

To complete the romantic experience, the farm will provide everything needed for the picnic, such as blankets, pillows, basket and tableware. In addition, the charm of the place and the wonderful surrounding beauty will create the perfect atmosphere for a sweet romantic break.

Wine-tasting experience in Pienza, with three different routes, designed to offer a complete journey among Tuscan wine excellence, accompanied by typical local products.
