Classic

This tour includes a tasting of 3 wines:

Deluxe

The “deluxe” tour includes a tasting of 4 wines:

•    Imeneo Bolgheri Rosso DOC 2021
•    Sant’Uberto Bolgheri Superiore DOC

Each tasting is accompanied by a sample of extra virgin olive oil and, upon request, a platter of local cold cuts and cheeses, for an additional fee.

The Picnic tour among the vineyards of Bolgheri will begin inside the facility, where you will be told the story of the founding Family of the winery, and of the Bolgheri appellation of controlled origin (DOC).

Next, during the tour you will be led in front of the vineyards, where the story of the different stages of processing from the bunch to the bottle will begin. You will pass through the vat cellar and the barrique cellar, where fermentation and aging take place.

Afterwards, you will be escorted to the point of sale, where you will be given the opportunity to choose a bottle of your choice from the DOC Bolgheri "Caccia al Palazzo" Vermentino, Rosato and IGT Toscana Rosso wines. You will be given a picnic basket containing a stuffed Tuscan focaccia, a small seasonal fruit salad, a single-portion jam tart, water, glasses and glasses.

Next, you will be escorted to the picnic station located under the olive trees, in the middle of the vineyards, but close to the facility. Here you can spend a few hours in total relaxation and harmony with the surrounding nature.

You will be able to stay on the estate immersed in the vineyards and hills of Bolgheri to enjoy your picnic, as long as you see fit.

Wine tasting with estate visit in Bolgheri, near Castagneto Carducci, allows you to enjoy a unique experience in the heart of Tuscany.

Classic Tasting

Provides tasting of 3 local wines accompanied by a board with Tuscan products:

This tasting includes a board full of local Tuscan products and 4 wines:

Your visit and wine tasting in Bolgheri will be held at a local winery in Bolgheri in the province of Livorno, with the opportunity to walk outdoors among the vineyards to discover the winery's traditions and visit the farm's production areas and taste their wine. You will learn about the vineyards, the cellars, the barrique cellar, the winery and taste Bolgheri DOC wines, representative of the area.

The tour with tasting includes:

•    The vineyards, where history, philosophy and the Bolgherese territory will be explained;
•    The winery with an introduction to the main winemaking methods;

There is a choice of 3 different types of tastings:

The "Classic" tasting of 3 wines:

"Sensory" tasting of 3 wines:

•    PAPEO: selection of pure Vermentino
•    TARABUSO: selection of Cabernet Sauvignon in purity
•    ALDONE: selection of Merlot in purity

"Premium" tasting of 4 wines:

•    TARABUSO: selection of CABERNET SAUVIGNON in purity;
•    FRANCHESATO: selection of CABERNET FRANC in purity;
•    ALDONE: selection of MERLOT in purity;
•    MAURIZIO FUSELLI: selection of PETIT VERDOT in purity.

The tasting is accompanied by bruschetta with homemade E.V. oil.

Dogs are allowed, but they will not be allowed to follow you around the vineyard and winery.

Wine tasting with a visit to Podere Conca in Bolgheri, near Castagneto Carducci, gives you a unique experience at a Tuscan farm.

You will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with a 19th-century farm characterized by traditional stone walls.

You can choose between two options.

Basic Tasting

If you choose this option, you will have the opportunity to visit the vineyard adjacent to the Podere, discovering the methods of cultivation according to the dictates of organic farming.

The experience will then continue with a tasting of 3 wines:

•    Elleboro DOC Bolgheri Bianco
•    196 IGT Costa Toscana Cabernet Sauvignon
•    Agapanto DOC Bolgheri Rosso

Everything will beà accompanied by samples of Tuscan cold cuts and cheeses and crostini with Organic EVO Oil of own production.

Sensory Tasting

This visit will take place in two different locations. Therefore, it is advisable to travel to the winery with your own means of transportation, as there is no transfer from one place to the other.

The visit begins in the vineyard adjacent to the Podere, discovering the methods of cultivation according to the dictates of’organic farming.

Following this, you will move to the winery -about 10 minutes away by car- where you will be shown the winemaking processes.

The tasting will offer you an olfactory and sensory experience: a hands-on exercise to sharpen your ability to recognize and memorize scents of herbs and fruits and to associate them with the scents of our wines. 

You will taste, inside the winery, 4 wines:

•    Elleboro DOC Bolgheri Bianco
•    196 IGT Costa Toscana Cabernet Sauvignon
•    Agapanto DOC Bolgheri Rosso
•    1 fourth wine straight from barrique

The wines will be accompanied by samples of Tuscan cold cuts and cheeses and crostini with organic Olio EVO of own production.   

During the winter months, the tour begins at the winery and then moves to the Podere where it will continue with tasting and samplings.

In September, during the harvest, it will not be possible to visit the winery.

The visit to the Historic Cellars of Montepulciano and tasting, is a unique experience. To accompany the wines, the tasting includes a small board of typical products.

The tour begins with a guided tour of the winery, where you will be told the full story of the owner family and the historic winery.

Finished the guided tour of the cellars begins the tasting accompanied by a small board of typical products. The tasting is done inside.

Tasting 6 wines:

•    1 DOC Rosso di Montepulciano
•    2 types of DOCG: nobile classico and nobile selezione
•    2 IGPs from red grapes, one of which is from the Bordeaux blend
•    1 IGT in rotation between Chianti; Rosato; Spumante Brut

(Depending on the availability of products and the season, there may be variations).

A clothing appropriate for the low temperatures from the winery is recommended.

The winery is located in a limited traffic zone, but there is a parking lot just a 5-minute walk away.

Stay in apartment surrounded by nature, with tasting of locally produced wines.

The apartment is located among ancient olive groves and lush forests, with a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding area.

The experience includes a one-night stay with breakfast and a tasting of locally produced wines, to discover the authentic flavors of the area and live a unique food and wine experience.

A wine and food tasting in Montepulciano allows you to enjoy a unique experience on an estate surrounded by 20 hectares of Tuscan vineyards and olive groves.

The vineyard picnic in Val d'Orcia in Montepulciano is a unique experience that will allow you to enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan countryside while enjoying local delicacies with a view of Montepulciano.

The Picnic in the Vineyard includes a basket for two with stuffed sandwiches, a bottle of red wine selection "Triacca Santavenere Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG" (alternatively the white "San Bartolomeo Toscana IGT").

Water is included in the basket. Upon arrival at the estate you will be given glass goblets and corkscrews.

Wine-tasting experience in Pienza, with three different routes, designed to offer a complete journey among Tuscan wine excellence, accompanied by typical local products.
