This food and wine tour is perfect for those who want to learn about the indigenous grape varieties of Valpolicella without sacrificing a tour of the estate and a rich traditional gastronomic offering. You will taste 5 organic wines: Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG BIO, Verona Rosato Frizzante IGT "Sui Lieviti" Bollicella, Recioto della Valpolicella Classico DOCG BIO, Valpolicella Classico DOC BIO, Valpolicella Classico Ripassato DOC BIO.

Walk through vineyards and fruit orchard and winery visit with wine tasting with accompanying food at Corte Archi Winery in Marano di Valpolicella.

Program

The tour begins in the ancient cellar, among barrels and spaces dedicated to aging, and continues in the processing area and fruit cellar where the drying of grapes for Amarone and Recioto takes place.

This is followed by a short walk through the vineyard.

The experience concludes with a tasting of typical wines from the area.

For the price of 10 euros, it is possible to add a platter of cold cuts and cheeses for two people to the tasting.

Stroll through Prognol's Veronese vineyards and taste typical Valpolicella wines at the Corte Borghetti winery, along with a board of local cured meats and cheeses.

The experience begins with a tasting, led by the producer, of selected Franciacorta wines offered by the winery, accompanied by a sampling of local cured meats and cheeses. It will continue with a visit to the winery, where you can learn about Franciacorta production techniques.

A visit to Bornato Castle with 1 glass tasting is a unique experience.

Bornato Castle and Villa Orlando, are located in the heart of Franciacorta and are a rare example of a Renaissance villa built inside a medieval castle. An overlook over the vineyards allows visitors to admire the wonderful, unique round vineyard from above.

This experience includes a guided tour of the castle and villa with a passage through the basement and the ancient wine cellar active until 2000.

At the end you will have the opportunity to taste a glass of Franciacorta wine produced by the castle, which can only be purchased on site.

You can decide whether to do a view with tasting or a visit with tasting followed by lunch in the castle restaurant in the former stables attached to the walls.

Alternatively, you will have the option of selecting the tour with a visit to the Pieve di San Bartolomeo.
