Discover the history of typical Veronese wines with a lunch and tasting in Valpolicella.
The tour will start with a walk through the vineyards, accompanied by a guide and a tasting of Garda EVO oil. Afterwards you will be able to taste and have a light lunch.
The wines you will taste will be 5:
- Rosè Brioso IGT Frizzante
- Rosé Veronese IGT
- Corvina Veronese IGT
- Valpolicella Superiore Classico DOC
- Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG
Paired you will have a platter of cured meats and cheeses with jams made by the Fugolo Gianluca farm.
You will also enjoy a cold pesto pasta dish with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella in summer, and tortellini with butter and sage in winter.
