You will have a choice of two tastings beginning with a walk through the vineyards accompanied by a guide and a tasting of EVO del Garda olive oil.

There will be 5 wines for tasting, representing a complete journey throughout the Valpolicella territory:

These products will be paired with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses, fresh bread, and farm products such as jams, red wine jellies, and giardiniera.
