The winery tour with Amarone tasting at Farina winery will allow you to discover the typical products of Valpolicella.

The activity begins with a walk through the winery's vineyards where you will be told about the history of the area followed by a guided tour of the winery where the winemaking process will be explained. At the end you can choose between 2 activities.

Classic Tasting

Includes a tasting of 6 locally produced wines, including 2 glasses of Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, accompanied by a typical board of cold cuts and cheeses.

Light Lunch

This activity includes a tasting of 6 wines that will be accompanied by cold cuts, local cheeses and focaccia. Following this, you will be served a typical dessert along with a tasting of 2 Grappas of Amarone.

Discover the history of typical Veronese wines with a lunch and tasting in Valpolicella.

The tour will start with a walk through the vineyards, accompanied by a guide and a tasting of Garda EVO oil. Afterwards you will be able to taste and have a light lunch.

The wines you will taste will be 5:

•    Rosè Brioso IGT Frizzante
•    Rosé Veronese IGT
•    Corvina Veronese IGT
•    Valpolicella Superiore Classico DOC
•    Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG

Paired you will have a platter of cured meats and cheeses with jams made by the Fugolo Gianluca farm.

In addition, you will enjoy a cold pasta dish with pesto and cherry tomatoes in summer, and tortellini with butter and sage in winter.

This experience è was designed for those who want to disconnect from the daily routine and spend a relaxing day surrounded by nature among the vineyards of Valpolicella.

The day will begin with a visit to the vineyards and the winery, where you will learn about wine production techniques and the history of the winery.

Afterwards, you will enjoy a selection of 5 classic Valpolicella wines, accompanied by typical local products such as salami, cheese and other products.

The experience will culminate with a picnic among the vineyards, during which you can enjoy local delicacies prepared especially for the occasion.

The picnic basket will include:

Everything will be enjoyed in a charming atmosphere, among the colors and scents of nature.

The picnic in the vineyards with tasting will take place in Pescantina, near Verona, and will immerse you in the history of the production of Verona's most typical wines and take you on a walk through the vineyards and orchards of the Veneto countryside, east of Lake Garda.

The experience lasts about 4 hours and begins with a walk through the vineyards and peach orchards, where you can relax in the company and learn about the history of the winery. At the end of the walk you can taste some of the winery's historic production wines, and then enjoy a relaxing picnic in the vineyard.

The walk is followed by the tasting of three wines:

•    Corvina Veronese IGT
•    Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC
•    Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG.

The tasting is accompanied by a tasting of extra virgin olive oil from Lake Garda. For the little ones, a coloring placemat and juice tasting accompanied by bread and jam will be offered.

After the tasting is over, a picnic will be organized in the vineyard, with set up directly in the field of hay bales and pallets.

The picnic for adults includes:

•    Caprese with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and black olives
•    Cold pesto pasta with fresh cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese
•    Fresh bread
•    Water and biodegradable cutlery
•    A glass of Rosato veronese

For children, the picnic includes:

The tasting and picnic are suitable for groups, families and couples. For the latter, a quieter area in the vineyard will be reserved.

Stroll through Prognol's Veronese vineyards and taste typical Valpolicella wines at the Corte Borghetti winery, along with a board of local cured meats and cheeses.

You will have a choice of two tours, and on each of the two, following the visit to the winery and vineyards, you will taste some classics of the Veronese wine tradition, with a pairing of Lessinia cured meats and cheeses, mustards and honey, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a typical homemade dessert.

Classic (2 hours)

The classic tasting includes a short walk through the vineyards and Valpolicella production sites, accompanied by a tasting of the following wines:

For this tour, an appetizer of bruschetta with garden vegetables and a traditional first course will also be offered to accompany the wines and the platter of local cured meats and cheeses.

Valpolicella in Five Goblets

Experience dedicated to all fans of Valpolicella wines with a focus on our organic production. Tasting of 5 organic wines in our new tasting rooms. Cover charge, water and bread included.

Picnic in the vineyard in Franciacorta, ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing day among the hills and vines typical of the area.

Inside the picnic basket, you will find food and wine delicacies prepared with local products by the Chef of the restaurant "La Dama Bianca" to offer you a unique and surprising culinary experience.

Upon your arrival, the staff will provide you with everything you will need: towels on which to lie down, pillows to offer you maximum comfort and a basket stocked with all the necessary dishes. To accompany your lunch, bubbles of Franciacorta will be served.

During the duration of the picnic you will be able to stretch out in the meadow, surrounded by vineyards, and enjoy breathtaking views with an evocative view of the ancient Castle of Bornato.

Menu (adults):

•    ham and omelette sandwich
•    marinated steaks in finger food version

•    a bottle (every 2 people) of Franciacorta bubbles from Castello di Bornato.

A wine tasting with a guided tour of the "Il Dosso" winery in Corte Franca is a unique opportunity to learn about the production processes of the famous Franciacorta and immerse yourself in the hills of Brescia, not far from Lake Iseo. 

The experience begins with a tasting, led by the producer, of selected Franciacorta wines offered by the winery, accompanied by a sampling of local cured meats and cheeses. It will continue with a visit to the winery, where you can learn about Franciacorta production techniques. 

It is possible to add an additional mixed platter of selected cured meats and cheeses to share (recommended for 2 people) for an additional fee.

A wine tasting and visit to the historic Mosnel winery in Franciacorta is an experience not to be missed!

After the guided tour of the cellars, choose 3 of the 5 Franciacorta wines that have come to define the Mosnel winery style: Brut, Brut Nature, Pas Dosé, Rosé, Satèn.

All wine tastings are accompanied by a small sample of local breadsticks, salami and cheese to better taste the wines on offer. You can request the addition of a mixed platter of cured meats from Az. Agricola Al Berlinghetto + 2 types of local cheeses + breadsticks (recommended for 2 people).

You will taste 3 glasses of your choice of the following wines:

•    Brut - Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes that defines the winery's style.
•    Brut Nature - Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc with the structured touch of Pinot Noir, aged at least 24 months on the lees.
•    Pas Dosé - Matured at least 30 months to express the harmony of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes.
•    Rosé - Fragrant blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with roundness of Pinot Blanc.
•    Satèn - Elegant Franciacorta with creamy, rich and refined perlage.

For this tour it is recommended to bring a garment to cover yourself adequately even in summer.

Accompanying pets in the cellars is not allowed.

The wine tasting and tour of Tallarini Cellars is organized in groups and lasts about two hours.

The experience includes a tour of the winery and wine and food pairing with two different options to choose from.

You will have the opportunity to see all stages of wine and classic method production, from grape arrival to bottling and labeling.

Stellata tasting (for couples only)

The "Stellata" option can only be done as a couple and includes the following wines:

•    Flûte of "Franca Tallarini- Anima Mellis 2006" Pinot Noir Brut Metodo Classico tasted in the aging cellar
•    Goblet of "Harlequin" 2021 Chardonnay paired with: Magatello veils served pink, tuna sauce emulsion, Pantelleria capers, purple potatoes and roasted almonds
•    Glass of "Arlecchino Bergamo" 2017 Rosso della Bergamasca I.G.T. paired with: Durum wheat semolina lasagnetta with seasonal Primizie and Parmigiano Riserva
•    Goblet of "Satiro" 2013 Rosso della Bergamasca I.G.T. cabernet Sauvignon paired with: "Peter's Farm" slow roasted filet of suckling veal in hay served with 2013 "Satiro" ristretto, potato mousse and small vegetables.

The tasting ends with a carrot cake with white chocolate cremino and Sorrento walnuts.

Along with the picnic you can take a walk among the rows of vineyards or along the shore of the botanical pond, or a hike in the park "Molere".
