Snowshoeing hike in Andalo on the Paganella mountain range

Snowshoeing in and around Paganella in Andalo is a unique opportunity to discover the Dolomites in Trentino by walking together with a snow guide. The starting point of all hikes is Andalo and you can choose from 3 different activities.

Half Day

On the Monday walk, you will head into the snow-covered forests of the Dolomites in the Lava resort for a relaxing morning hike.

For the Thursday and Saturday afternoon hikes, your guide will take you for a high altitude hike in Paganella, specifically to Conca d'argento and Sant'Antonio.

The minimum age to participate is 8 years old.

Evening

On Tuesdays you will go up to high altitude with the lifts (not included in the price) where the experience will begin. The snowshoe hike will be at Sant'Antonio Pass and you will be able to watch the sunset at the "Croz del Rasàr" viewpoint. During the walk you will also have the opportunity to have an aperitif at the refuge (not included).

On Saturday the walk will be at Prati di Gaggia and you will reach a chalet where you will have an aperitif and a dinner of typical products (not included in the price and to be booked separately). At the end of the dinner you will return to Andalo with the lifts.

Minimum age to participate is 10 years.

Full day

On Wednesday morning, you will traverse the dense snow-covered forests and travel to the Pradel Molveno plateau in the Brenta Dolomites. Lunch will be at the refuge (not included in the price) or packed lunch. The duration of the activity is 7 hours.

The minimum age to participate is 14 years.

Appropriate mountain hiking clothing is required for all hikes and bring snacks and water.

Snowshoe hikes in Gran Paradiso National Park will offer you breathtaking views on both sides of the Orco Valley, with the opportunity to admire the glacial origin of the surrounding valleys.

You will have a choice of 4 different hikes with meeting point at Hotel Bianchetti in Ceresole Reale.

Walloon of the Dipper

At 8:30 am from the meeting point you will reach Chiapili di Sotto at 1685m, where the experience actually begins. The outing of about 7 kilometers total, continues by heading to the lovely Alpe Trumajet at 1890m across the head of the Orco Valley.

Alpe Cà Bianca

At 8:30 a.m. from the meeting point you will reach Borgata Montone at 1538m, where the experience actually begins. The approximately 5.5-kilometer hike continues by heading to Alpe Cà Bianca at 1942m through a magical snowy larch forest.

Drès Lake

At 8 a.m., from the meeting point you will reach Borgata Garsines at 1584m, where the experience actually begins. The hike of about 10 kilometers continues by heading toward Lake Drès, crossing the "Pian della Regina." It is one of the most beautiful trails in the entire park.

Pian del Nel

At 8 a.m. from the meeting point you will reach Chiapili di Sotto at 1665m where the experience actually begins. The outing, about 6 kilometers long, continues by heading to the Jervis Refuge at 2260me during the snowshoeing you can admire the majestic Three Levanne.

Group tours

Destinations will vary among those mentioned above and tours will be guaranteed to reach 8 participants.

The experiences end around 3/16 p.m., and upon return, with prior reservation, you will have the opportunity to have a typical "Sinoira snack."

Equipment consisting of: Backpack, warm footwear with carved soles, jacket, cap, gloves. Snowshoes and poles (not included in the price) are mandatory and can be rented on site for 15€ (the fee includes the ARTVA, Shovel and Probe kit).

The Malga Panna Restaurant, awarded since 1993 by the Michelin Guide, would like to host you for a dinner that will make you discover the tastes of the cuisine of Trentino and beyond thanks to the tasting menù prepared by the chef.

The restaurant is located in Moena, in the province of Trento, in the heart of the Fassa Valley and offers a beautiful view of the Conca di Moena and the Dolomites. From the town you canò reach the facility by car, è there is a stretch of road uphill but feasible for all cars.

The tasting menù proposed by the structure are two.

Menù Persuasion:

    •    Trout, white butter, salad d’citrus.
    •    Cavatelli, porcini, pink shrimp and parsley oil.
