The experience takes place inside the oil shop and focuses mainly on oil: during the tasting you will discover how to recognize a quality oil, understand its organoleptic characteristics and appreciate its scents and flavors, with dedicated explanations and thematic insights.
The tasting is accompanied by a selection of cheeses and wines, designed to enhance the oil and create balanced and harmonious pairings.
