Program

The experience includes a one-night stay at the Donna Silvia Wellness Hotel on the Brescia coast of Lake Garda, surrounded by hilly landscapes that open up to the lake horizon.

Dinner, at the Osteria della Pieve restaurant, features traditional Garda and Brescia dishes with local ingredients and an ever-changing menu.

Horseback riding in the Euganean Hills è an exciting opportunity to explore picturesque trails and enjoy breathtaking views. 

Horseback rides in the Euganean Hills are available by reservation Tuesday through Sunday and last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. The activity begins with a half-hour lesson, followed by a 1-hour ride.

The walk is suitable for everyone, including beginners, and the minimum age requirement is 14 years.

To finalize your reservation you will be asked to state your weight and height, please enter the correct values so that the facility can provide you with the appropriate resources.

Horseback riding in the Euganean Hills allows you to see picturesque views in the company of friends or your partner.

You will also be provided with a basket with a blanket to place on the hay meadows.

The picnic will be composed of typical local products with zero km:

A guided winery tour in Vo', outside Padua, will immerse you in the wine culture of the Veneto region. You will taste historic Veneto wines on the winery's panoramic terrace, overlooking the Euganean Hills, or inside the barrique cellar.

The activity begins with a guided tour of the wine laboratory where you will learn about the winery's traditional production processes and aging techniques. Afterwards, you will taste 3 or 5 local wines, depending on the option you choose, paired with a charcuterie board.

Overview (1 hour 30 minutes)

The tasting takes place on the winery's panoramic terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the Euganean Hills. The tasting includes 5 wines:

You will taste the most characteristic wines of the winery. From the highly prized Sior Marco 2020 to the winery's Arcadia.

All é accompanied by fragrant appetizers consisting of products closely linked to the territory that have been part of the traditional Veneto gastronomy since time immemorial. During the tastings, locally produced materials are preferred.

This tasting is available daily at 10:00 am or 5:00 pm.

Interlude Tasting

You will be offered 4 excellent labels specially selected for you accompanied by bread cookie. The experience lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes. 

This tasting is available on Fridays at 5:30 pm.

Tasting Raixe Grixe 

You will be offered 4 excellent labels selected especially for you accompanied by pan biscotto and Asiago cheese, which are typical local products that are an integral part of the history of our area.

This tasting is available on Fridays at 5:30 pm.

Before the tastings, you will be offered a tour of the vineyards surrounding the winery, the historic villa, the little church and the fountain: a setting steeped in history that will remind you of your roots.

During the visits with tasting you will have the opportunity to taste different wines, paired with typical products of the local gastronomy, such as cured meats, cheeses and artisan-made bread.

At the end of the tour and tasting, you will have the opportunity to purchase products from the winery.

Tour of Venice

This option has a 10-minute flight during which you can admire Burano with its colorful houses, Murano famous for glass, the’Arsenale, Sant’Elena, La Certosa, San Giorgio Maggiore and the picturesque Giudecca.

You will then reach the spectacular St. Mark's Basin, with the bell tower and the Doge's Palace reflected in the shimmering waters of the lagoon.

Tour of the Venetian Lagoon

This tour lasts 20 minutes and will allow you to pass over Venice, observing some of its most famous spots such as San Erasmo, Burano and Murano, St. Mark's Basin and the Serenissima.

In contrast to the previous tour, in this case you will linger longer on St. Mark's Basin, the Doge's Palace and the gondolas that ply the canals. You will then continue on to Malamocco, flying among the charming little islands and hexagonal fortresses of the lagoon south of Venice.

To return, you will skirt the Lido di Venezia where you can observe historic villas and the’iconic Hotel Excelsior.

Grand Tour

During the 30-minute flight you will observe the northern lagoon with San Erasmo, Burano and Murano, and then reach the basin of San Marco, where the Serenissima will appear in all its splendor.

In this case you will continue south and arrive as far as Chioggia, the "little Venice" overlooking the’Adriatic. To return you will fly over the open sea skirting the Lido di Venezia admiring golden beaches, historic villas and the’Hotel Excelsior.

During the horseback ride starting from Cavedine, just north of Riva del Garda, we follow trails at the foot of Mount Bondone entering a nearby forest.

The walk è suitable for and enjoyable for everyone, beginners and non-beginners; even those who have never been on horseback can participate, and will be able to take their first steps with the help of an equestrian guide.

The farmhouse è located in the heart of Val di Sole in Pellizzano between Dimaro and Passo del Tonale and è easily accessible by car.

The restaurant's menù simple and genuine, linked to local traditions. There will be no shortage of spätzli, gnocchi, fancy orzotti, warm polenta from Storo with beef and pork, and stringy cheeses made in-house.

The meat è fed exclusively on hay from the fields and grain, without the’use of feed. The heifers spend summer, spring and fall free grazing in the alpine pastures and meadows in the village of Pellizzano.

The forest walk in Val di Sole allows you to experience a relaxing moment surrounded by nature and away from the city chaos.

When booking you can choose between two options.

1-hour walk

Starting from the riding stables you take the path that between woods and countryside will take you to the outskirts of the village of Pellizzano.

It is a loop trail mostly at a walking pace. Depending on the level of the group, it will be possible to include stretches of leading at a trot.

2-hour walk

The 2-hour horseback ride will take you along forest trails to Ossana, at the foot of Castel San Michele. It is a pace and trot route, recommended for riders with a minimum of experience.

Please remember to wear comfortable clothing with long pants and closed shoes.

Walking in the woods in Val di Sole, suitable for beginners. The horseback ride is always organized in the company of a horseback riding guide.

1-hour ride

Leaving from the riding school, we take the path that between forest and countryside will take us to the gates of the village of Pellizzano.

It’s a loop trail mainly at the pace. Depending on the level of the group, it will be possible to include stretches of leading at a trot.

2-hour walk

The 2-hour horseback ride will take you along forest trails to Ossana, at the foot of Castel San Michele. It is a pace and trot route, recommended for riders with a minimum of experience.

You will end the horseback riding experience with a delicious lunch at the farmhouse with a 4-course menu that includes an appetizer, a first course, a second course and a dessert and from which drinks are excluded.

Lunch is bookable only in one time slot per tour:

•    1-hour walk: 11 a.m.
•    2-hour walk: 10 a.m.

In the months of May and November, the lunch option is not available.

Horseback riding on the Altopiano dei Sette Comuni plateau in Asiago will allow you to have a unique experience riding a horse.

The excursions are also suitable for beginners, in fact, before the walk the guide will explain how to mount and teach you the commands to best ride the horse.

You can choose from 1- or 2-hour hikes in which you will immerse yourself in the peaceful forests and grasslands of the Plateau. The rides are available from April through November.

Sportswear with long pants and closed shoes is required to participate in the walk.

Dinner in a chalet nestled among soft snow and conifers in Lavarone in the province of Trento with snowmobile transportation.  

The chalet è built in rustic style, surrounded by the snowy forest, in a picturesque and scenic setting, è the ideal place to relax and enjoy a pleasant evening. Wait until dinner is served while enjoying the peace of these landscapes and warm yourself next to the falò.

The dishes are mainly centered on traditional Trentino cuisine, repurposed with the same natural and genuine ingredients as in the past.
