The Malga Ces is a family-run restaurant since 1942. It is located not far from the ski slopes of San Martino di Castrozza, a municipality located in the beautiful setting of the Trentino Dolomites.

The Malga can be reached either on foot or by car, in fact it has parking facilities. In winter the trails are groomed, however, it is often è necessary to mount chains on the wheels.

The cuisine of the restaurant è the flagship of Malga Ces: local products and homemade dishes allow you to savor the flavors of the Trentino tradition, sometimes with some reinterpretation designed specifically to enhance the dishes.

The menuù consists of three courses that can be chosen a la carte:

•    Antipasto or first course of your choice.
•    Second course.
•    Dessert.

For children up to 12 years old, however, the restaurant offers:

•    Dessert.

The Corones Hut è is located at 2275 m, in the heart of South Tyrol's most popular ski area: the Plans de Corones. Its location offers a 360° panoramic view of the Dolomites.

The lodge offers cuisine that combines tradition and innovation. Thanks to high quality local products; the kitchen team will introduce you to revisited traditional or international dishes.

The menù proposed are two, dishes can be chosen directly a la carte. È it is possible to make reservations for children up to 12 years old, letting them choose what to have and paying on the spot.

Chalet Lago Antorno is ready to welcome you for a lunch with local dishes, during which you can admire Lake Antorno on one side and the Three Peaks of Lavaredo on the other, among the most famous mountain peaks of the Dolomites.

You have the opportunity to choose one of the following menù.

•    Second course: Polenta with venison in red wine, baked cheese and grandmother's mushrooms.
•    Sweet: House Tiramisù with ice cream and berries.

Menù 2:

•    Bis of first course: Lasagna with vegetables and spätzle cream and speck.
•    Second course: Baked shin, sausage with potatoes and sauerkraut.
•    Sweet: House Tiramisù with ice cream and berries.

Menù 3:

•    Single course: Polenta with beef goulash, baked cheese and mushrooms from the valleys with ripasso.
•    Sweet: House Tiramisù with ice cream and berries.

The experience includes a 20-kilometer route starting from Lake Antorno to the Three Peaks of Lavaredo at the Auronzo hut. During the trip you will be able to admire the snow-capped mountains, and once you arrive at the foot of the Three Peaks you will enjoy a beautiful view of the valley. 

The snowmobile ride takes 1 hour with lunch before or after, depending on the time booked.

Lunch will be at 12:00 then, depending on the time you book (9:00 or 15:30), it will be after or before departure, at Chalet Lago Antorno, where you can enjoy: 

•     Antipasto of local cold cuts and cheeses.
•     Single dish with shank, sausage, melted cheese, polenta and mushrooms.
•     House dessert.
•     Wine, water and coffeeè.

During the entire experience you will have to follow the guidebook, which will indicate the speedà.

It is not necessary to have already driven a snowmobile, to be the driver è it is enough to be at least 18 years old.

Passengers must be at least 8 years old.

The Natalia chalet, in Madonna di Campiglio, in the province of Trento, Trentino-Alto Adige, offers one of the best panoramic views of the Brenta Dolomites. The chalet, in fact, is located on the Adamello Presanella group, in the Adamello Brenta Natural Park.

The family-run lodge retains its traditional charm and decor, offering a cozy atmosphere and typical Trentino cuisine. In particular, there are two menù to choose from.

Menù single (for 1 person)

•    Antipasto: Tortino di erbette with sweet gorgonzola cream and toasted walnuts.
•    First course: Braised beef cheek with mashed potatoes.
•    Dessert: Linzer cake with cream.

Menù sharing (for 2 people)

•    Antipasto: Selection of alpine cheeses with homemade red onion compote to share.

Both menù menus do not include drinks. Shared menù can only be booked with an even number of participants, while for single menù there are no constraints.

To reach the lodge you can use the 5 Laghi Express gondola that from Madonna di Campiglio takes 8 minutes to reach the lodge.

The Chalet Resciesa in Ortisei, in the province of Bolzano, è a hut at 2200 m positioned among the peaks of the Dolomites, a UNESCO protected natural paradise. From its panoramic terrace è you can admire both the valley and the peaks that surround it.

The Chalet è can be reached by the Resciesa cable car, whose ticket is not è included in the price. In 8 minutes you will be transported from the center of Ortisei to the facility, admiring the tranquility of the surrounding nature.
