The experience begins with a visit to the winemaking cellar and the underground aging cellar, nestled among the Monferrato hills. Here you will find wooden barrels, barriques and tonneaux of Allier origin.

This experience in Mombaruzzo, near Asti, allows you to experience firsthand the "merenda sinoira", an ancient Piedmontese ritual composed of typical seasonal products.

You will have the opportunity to visit the winery and learn about the main processing operations. All is followed by a tasting of typical wines.

You will then be given a basket with a merenda sinoira that you can enjoy in the equipped areas.

The merenda sinoira is a real “hearty dinner snack” that was eaten in the past by farmers before resuming work in the countryside in the late afternoon.
