Italian cooking class and aperitivo in Milan

International aperitif and cooking class in Italian at a professional cooking workshop in Milan.

Program

The experience will begin in the dining room with a small welcome aperitif of sweet and savory snacks, drinks, tea and coffee.

Then the actual class is scheduled during which you will prepare 3 particular appetizers and a sweet treat. You will cook for about half an hour, with a short break to set up the kitchen and then return to the kitchen for another half hour.

It ends with a one-hour tasting of what you have prepared accompanied by a glass of wine or cocktail.
