Cooking class and dinner with professional chef in which you will prepare a three-course Italian menu in a private home in Milan, welcome prosecco aperitivo, wine tasting with certified sommelier, and final dessert and limoncello.
Program
The experience begins with an aperitif of prosecco, salumi and fresh cheeses.
Next is the hands-on class during which, guided by a professional chef, you will prepare several formats of homemade pasta and two fresh sauces, with final dessert.
Throughout the experience, wines selected by a certified sommelier are served and, at the conclusion, a glass of homemade limoncello.
