

Cooking class and preparation of three traditional dishes under the supervision of an Italian chef. Afterwards meal based on what was cooked with accompanying wine.
Program
During the class you will prepare different types of fresh pasta from scratch (tagliatelle, gnocchi and ravioli) cacio e pepe sauce, ragù and other traditional Italian dishes such as parmigiana and tiramisu.
Light snacks such as cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, mortadella and olives will be served during the experience.
It ends with a meal, as a group, during which you will taste the cooked dishes with accompanying wine.
