Italian cooking class in the heart of Asti, during which you will prepare fresh pasta and tiramisù together with a professional chef.
During the class you will knead by hand and use a pasta machine to make fettuccine, stuffed ravioli and a gourmet tiramisù. It will all take place in an elegant and cozy kitchen, accompanied by Italian music and a glass of Piedmont wine, in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere.
At the end of the experience you will sit down at the table to enjoy the dishes prepared, accompanied by local wine. The course lasts about 3 hours and is è suitable for all levels.
