Sushi cooking class with wine tasting in the Langhe region

Food and wine experience in the Langhe, in La Morra, combining a sushi cooking class with a winery wine tasting, to discover an original combination of Piedmontese tradition and Japanese cuisine.

The activity begins with a hands-on class led by a sushi chef, during which you will learn how to prepare rice, hosomaki, temaki, uramaki and nigiri using selected ingredients. At the end, you will taste the dishes you have made, accompanied by small gourmet pairings and a dessert.

The experience is complemented by a tasting of two iconic wines from the winery, chosen to enhance the different sushi preparations, all in a unique setting among the barrels of the tasting room.
