Tour to Lake d'Orta and Lake Maggiore

The second mode; è is a half-day intermediate level tour, leaving at 9:00 am or 3:00 pm. During this tour, you will have the opportunity to visit both Lake d'Orta and Lake Maggiore, crossing the striking Mount Falò and admiring breathtaking views along exciting trails. You will travel back roads that offer spectacular views of Lake d'Orta and the surrounding hills, until you reach Coiromonte. From there, you will take the magnificent Three Mountains Trail until you reach Mount Falò, where you will enjoy panoramic views of the three lakes of Varesotto and Lake Maggiore. Finally, you'll pass through picturesque villages and follow dirt roads until you return to the starting point, where a rich glass of Sangria or a soft drink awaits you for those who prefer it!

Renting an e-bike in Valle Intelvi will allow you to explore a beautiful area of the Lombardy Pre-Alps, surrounded by nature and located between Lake Como and Lake Lugano.

Following the roads and paths that connect its villages, you will be able to admire beautiful landscapes, breathtaking views and stop to taste excellent local products.

Depending on the type of route you want to take, you may want to opt for a front e-bike (with front suspension only) suitable for riding on paved roads and less winding trails or a full e-bike (with front and rear suspension) suitable for riding even off-road and more winding and articulated trails.

Before departure, the staff at the rental store will explain how to best use your e-bike and will be on hand to provide advice on trails, what to visit and where to stop for unfast or relaxing refreshments.

With rental only, the guide will not participate in the experience but you will be free to explore the area on your own. It is possible to rent the e-bikes for half a day(9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. / 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.) or a full day(10:00 a.m.-6:00p.m.).

On Saturday we arrive at Casotto Castle, the former hunting lodge of the Savoy family, built on a former Carthusian monastery. The castle retains a regal and mysterious atmosphere, with its frescoed rooms and spacious courtyards telling stories of sovereigns and nobility. Surrounded by a verdant valley, the castle is nestled in the tranquility of the mountains, giving visitors spectacular views and an authentic contact with history.

Sunday Tour

On Sunday we arrive at the Bossea Caves, one of the most spectacular karst complexes in Italy. These deep natural cavities, formed over millennia, reveal striking scenery made up of impressive stalactites and stalagmites, water features and ancient fossil remains.

The path inside the cave will take you into a fascinating underground world where nature has carved real works of art. The water flowing through the rocks contributes to the magical and almost surreal environment.

The experience is guaranteed upon reaching a minimum of 4 participants.
