Visit the production facilities, where fermentation takes place, the barrique cellar with large Slavonian oak barrels and French oak barriques and the glass storage warehouse. You will taste, guided by a sommelier, the highly prized Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 5 wines from the winery plus two "flawed" wines.

You will visit the vineyards, the winery, explore the production areas and taste a glass of wine tapped directly from steel tanks, Slavonian wood barrels and French wood barriques. In addition to the tour, you will acquire the basics of distinguishing soils and grape varieties, learning how to taste properly and read labels like a pro. You will taste 3 red wines of excellence and experience the unique thrill of a technical tasting straight from the barrel, while also receiving a paper guide for your notes

Winery visit and wine tasting in Montalcino, designed to help you discover the territory and Sangiovese through guided tours that combine storytelling, research and enological expression.

During the experience you will take a tour of the winery, where you will be told about the production philosophy and the link between terroir and grape varieties, and then continue with the selected guided tasting.

Lunch with wine tasting at Cantina Brogioni is a perfect experience to spend a relaxing moment surrounded by the Chianti hills.

After a short walk during which you will be given a description of the winery and the process of extracting extra virgin olive oil, you will visit the winery, where you will learn more about the winemaking process.

Following this, you will be served a three-course lunch paired with 4 local wines:

•    1 first course of pasta al pesto (pine nuts, fresh basil, EVO oil and parmesan cheese), paired with an IGT white wine and a vintage Chianti classico
•    1 second course consisting of bruschetta with local EVO oil, selection of typical Tuscan salumi, 36 month Parmigiano Reggiano and Tuscan pecorino cheese, paired with a Chianti classico riserva and a Supertuscan

A sensory experience dedicated to extra virgin olive oil in the heart of Siena, designed for those who wish to discover the authentic flavors of Tuscan tradition through a guided tasting.

During the experience, you will be taken on a tasting journey of different extra virgin olive oils from the territory, learning to recognize their scents, intensity and organoleptic characteristics. The tasting will be enriched by samples of typical local products, served on bruschetta and crostini, accompanied by patés and artisanal sauces.

Horseback riding and wine tasting in the surroundings of Florence.

You will leave from the stables in Pelago together with an equestrian guide and, after about an hour of riding through the hills, you will reach a historic winery nestled in the countryside.

Here you will visit the estate and learn about the winemaking processes, and then taste 4 glasses of local wine. You can also choose the "with chopping board" tour to taste local cured meats and cheeses.

When the tasting is over, you will get back on horseback to return to the stables accompanied by your guide.

The equipment for horseback riding will be provided to you by the facility, but appropriate sportswear (long pants and closed shoes) should be your own. We also recommend the'use of a sweatshirt for the winery visit.
