Within the experience there are 2 different tours:
Aperitif
Visit to the mountain pasture with a chance to watch cheese making in the morning and goat milking in the afternoon. Tasting of 2 vintages of Nebbiolo along with a tasting of organic cheeses.
Light lunch
Visit to the alpine pasture with a chance to watch cheese making in the morning and goat milking in the afternoon.
Tasting of 2 vintages of Nebbiolo along with a lunch of crostini with flavored butter and ricotta cheese, organic cheeses, cured meats, dessert, coffee and water.
From the parking lot to the pasture there is a walk of about 1 hour.

Important information
Experience suitable for anyone who has reached the age of majority and can cope with a 1-hour walk to the mountain pasture.
The experience è available only in the summertime, typically in July and August.
Experience not recommended for people with lactose intolerance.
