Wine tasting with a view of the Langhe of Barolo at the Agnelli Viassone winery, located just a stone's throw from Grinzane Cavour Castle in the heart of the Langhe wine territory.
You will meet Daniele and Alessia, two young winemakers, husband and wife, and be greeted by Ubaldo the donkey, their mascot.
The experience begins with a walk through the vineyards, where you will admire the view of the Langhe.
Next, you will enter the winery, where you will be shown the techniques of winemaking and wine aging.
Finally you will taste 4 wines (1 white and 3 reds) accompanied by a nice mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses from small local producers.
