Discover the history of typical Veronese wines with a lunch and tasting in Valpolicella.

The tour will start with a walk through the vineyards, accompanied by a guide and a tasting of Garda EVO oil. Afterwards you will be able to taste and have a light lunch.

Paired you will have a platter of cured meats and cheeses with jams made by the Fugolo Gianluca farm.

In addition, you will enjoy a cold pasta dish with pesto and cherry tomatoes in summer, and tortellini with butter and sage in winter.
