Donkey walk on St. Michael's Hill and snack

Borgomanero, Piedmont - See map

The donkey walk lasts about 1h30 and takes place in the woods and vineyards of St. Michael's Hill.

You will prepare the donkeys together with the guides and thus have a chance to start getting familiar with them before the experience begins.

The guide will choose the donkeys best suited for your group from Osvaldo, Domenico, Mina, Strega and little Cocco.

One of the donkeys will carry the stick with the snack baskets. Once ready you will leave for the walk accompanied by the guide who will explain how best to communicate with the donkeys.

You will walk along the mule tracks and paths of the hill, which wind through small vineyards and dense forests inhabited by jays, buzzards, badgers, squirrels and deer. With a little luck you may encounter some of these animals!

Once you reach the top of the hill you will stop to enjoy a snack while the donkeys enjoy a break in the fresh grass.
