After a brief introduction to the family’s history and a presentation of the estate, you will begin the EVO olive oil tasting, both plain and flavored.
The tasting will be accompanied by:
- Platter: Chickpea hummus – Bruschetta with basil and garlic olive oil – Fresh vegetable dip (pinzimonio) – Cheese tasting.
- First Course: Pasta with forest aromas, drizzled with truffle oil.
