Program

After a brief introduction in which you will be explained the history of the family, the deep connection with the land and the techniques for producing high quality Chianti wines and extra virgin olive oil, there will be a guided tour of the winemaking and aging cellar, the vinsantaia room where the passitoi dell’uva and the caratelli del Vinsanto are arranged.

The experience culminates with a tasting of selected wines accompanied by Tuscan taglieri types with bruschette (toasted bread and oil) and vinsanto with cantuccini.
