Accompanied by a guide and sommelier, you’ll tour the brewery, starting from the fields where barley and hops are grown and continuing through the production facilities. You’ll discover how the raw materials grown on the farm are transformed into craft beer, gaining insight into the various stages of the production process and the characteristics that make an agricultural beer unique.
At the end of the tour, you’ll sit down for a guided tasting of four selected beers, learning to recognize their aromas, scents, and characteristics. If you’d like to round out the experience, you can choose the option that includes lunch or dinner and pair the beers with traditional dishes for a culinary journey celebrating local flavors.
