Monohull day in Tavolara and Molara in search of dolphins from Golfo Aranci

The day trip by monohull with bathroom stops and departure from the port of Golfo Aranci will allow you to admire Tavolara and Molara and, if you are lucky, spot dolphins.

You will sail aboard a spacious and comfortable sailboat, called a "monomaran" because of its livability and comfort features on board, which make it similar to a catamaran, while retaining the seaworthiness and navigational safety of a large and elegant sailboat.

You will experience the nature of the Tavolara and Molara Marine Protected Area near Olbia.

Your first stop will be near the offshore fish farm located before Capo Figari, where it is easy to spot the dolphins that live in the area, constantly searching for food.

You will then continue to Tavolara, where you will stop for just over an hour to swim in the turquoise water and visit the island and its beaches, where you will be enchanted by the stories related to the "King of Tavolara."

Here you will enjoy an excellent aperitif with typical Sardinian products washed down with Sardinian vermentino wine.

The navigation will then continue to Molara, where you will make another stop for swimming and lunch in the beautiful "Piscine di Tavolara" area.

Lunch will be served on board and includes:

    •    a typical aperitif based on typical products
    •    pasta with fish according to recipes of the characteristic Sardinian cuisine
    •    vermentino wine
    •    beer
    •    fruit
    •    Sardinian sweets
    •    myrtle

No-fish or vegetarian options are possible on the boat, but if food intolerances or special requests are present, a packed lunch is recommended.

On the return trip, weather permitting, the skipper will choose another cove for a final swim from a choice of the beautiful bays of Porto Istana, Cala Girgolu, the three sisters of Capo Ceraso or Cala Moresca.

The daily boat excursion to the Maddalena Archipelago from Santa Teresa di Gallura allows you to experience a relaxing day in the company of friends or family.

Departing from the port of Santa Teresa Gallura, after about 30 minutes of sailing through the famous Mouths of Bonifacio, you will reach Cala Corsara on Spargi Island and spend 1 hour in this small bay; it is said to have been an ancient pirate hideout, the reason for its name.

You will then skirt the southeastern side of the island characterized by a bouquet of beautiful coves: cala Granara, cala Soraya, cala Connari, cala dell'Amore, cala Ferrigno. You will make two 1-hour stops in two coves of your choice depending on weather conditions.

In about 10 minutes of navigation you will reach the island of Santa Maria which is the only permanently inhabited one, beyond of course the bigger 'sister' La Maddalena. Here you will stop for about 1 hour.

With a small displacement you will arrive at Porto Madonna, a stretch of sea between the three islands of Razzoli, Santa Maria and Budelli, where you will have the opportunity to take photos of the famous Spiaggia Rosa (Pink Beach) and take a further swim break in Budelli's natural pools.

You will then be served an aperitif, with typical products and fresh fruit, to discover the typical tastes and flavors of Gallura, accompanied by vermentino doc.

Return to port is scheduled for late afternoon.

In case of food allergies and intolerances, it is possible to contact the facility after booking.

All stops are understood to be stops at anchor (swimming stops from the boat) you will be able to swim to the beach.
