Catamaran day in Tavolara and Molara from Olbia

The daily catamaran excursion to Tavolara and Molara departing from Olbia allows you to experience a relaxing and fun time exploring two well-known Sardinian islands.

While sailing to Tavolara you may also spot dolphins that are searching for food in these areas.

When you arrive in Tavolara you will make a stop of just over an hour that will allow you to dive into the crystal clear waters and visit the island and its beaches, where you will be enchanted to discover the stories related to the "King of Tavolara" .

Tavolara is an island that juts out of the sea like a granite colossus dotted with Mediterranean greenery that gives its name to the marine protected area around it. The island is known as the world's smallest kingdom.

The elongated, almost flat-shaped island is the centerpiece as well as the defining symbol of an unforgettable spectacle: the Tavolara-Punta Coda Cavallo marine protected area, which stretches 76 kilometers along the coast .

You will also have the opportunity to enjoy a rich aperitif with typical Sardinian products accompanied by local vermentino wine.

You will then sail to Molara, making another bathroom stop.

A lunch break is planned in the Tavolara Pools area. You will have lunch on board floating on the turquoise sea.

On the return sail, weather permitting, the skipper will choose another cove to take one last swim from your choice of the wonderful bays of Porto Istana, Cala Girgolu , the three sisters of Capo Ceraso or Cala Moresca.

The relaxing sail back will be dedicated to the search for dolphins, whose sighting is not guaranteed, however.

In case of food allergies and intolerances, it is possible to contact the facility after booking.

Day sailing to Tavolara from Porto San Paolo

This day trip by vintage sailing ship in the Tavolara and Molara marine protected area departing from Olbia will allow you to experience a unique day with friends or family.

You will be welcomed aboard a sailing ship where you will find cheerfulness, music and comfort, accompanied by good food and excellent wines. 4 or 5 swimming stops are also planned throughout the excursion.

You will be accompanied by an experienced skipper who will take you to the many nooks and crannies of paradise and you will be enveloped in spectacular and lush marine fauna and flora.

The itinerary includes:

    •    Porto San Paolo
    •    Tavolara Cala Spalmatore
    •    Island Molara Le Piscine
    •    Cala Girgolu and I Sassi Piatti
    •    Island Piana
    •    Porto San Paolo

Snorkeling, swimming and diving are the “life-motive” of this memorable tour.

You can swim in coves with shades of blue and emerald green and in the turquoise waters of the Molara Pools, surrounded by thousands of fish swimming around you.

An excellent and tasty aperitif accompanied by fresh vermentino or prosecco DOCG, offered in the middle of the day, will satisfy your appetite, and a good coffee with a Sardinian digestif will conclude your lunch break.

The aperitif includes:

    •    prosecco or fresh vermentino
    •    tartine
    •    cuts with Sardinian cold cuts and cheeses
    •    water
    •    snacks
    •    coffee
