Wine tasting and vineyard tour
You can discover the largest vineyard in the Valle d’Itria, Santa Rosa, which covers acres of breathtaking scenery.
During the visit, an expert guide will accompany you to discover the history of the vineyard, its evolution and the'importance of viticulture in the Valle d’Itria.
Following this, you will reach the winery to discover the winemaking and aging process of the wines produced on site.
The experience will conclude with a tasting of local wines, accompanied by an aperitif full of typical local products.
Wine tasting and bike tour
This tour begins with a bike ride through the Santa Rosa and Capo di Gallo vineyards, accompanied by an expert guide, to discover the link between territory and wine.
On the way back, you will explore the winery and the winemaking process, visiting the underground aging room, where our wines mature in barrels.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of local wines, accompanied by typical products.
