

Lunch in a Farmhouse in the Oltrepò Pavese region
The experience begins with a guided tour to discover organic vineyards, crossed by the historic Via di San Colombano: learn about the wine-making tradition of the Oltrepò Pavese and the practices that are adopted to preserve local biodiversity.
The second part of the tour takes you to the winemaking cellar and the aging cellar to explore the world of wine.
The third moment è dedicated to flavors, both on the plate and in the goblet: a set menu lunch with dishes from local raw materials from small realitiesà paired with our wines served by the glass.
