This farmhouse lunch overlooking vineyards in Pontida near Bergamo allows you to relax with a 5-course tasting menu chosen by Chef Francesco Locatelli.
You will have the opportunity to enjoy lunch at the first vegetarian and vegan agritourism restaurant in the province of Bergamo.
The farm applies sustainable agriculture on its land: the principles of organic viticulture are followed in the vineyard and winery, as well as in the vegetable gardens and greenhouses.
The winery dates back to the 1700s and was restored between 2010 and 2011, during which time an energy efficiency system was added, making it 80 percent self-sufficient.
The menu includes:
- Green tomato gazpacho, ancient grain crackers, Belfiore apple and basil
- Chickpea porridge, sunflower seed creamy, roasted tomato and sweet and sour cucumber
- The Bellini: Cascina Bosco Fornasara risotto, Tribale refermented Tosca and peaches
