Experience a unique experience with a walk in the company of alpacas in the woods of the Varaita Valley, just outside Cuneo.
During the hike, you can lead one of the animals to the pass and ask the guide any questions you may have.
When booking, you can customize your experience by choosing between two options.
Walk
After being welcomed to the farm, you will meet the 15 alpacas in the group and receive some guidance on how to accompany them. The walk, about 4 km long, winds through the woods in the direction of Brossasco, with stops to allow the animals to graze. At the end, you will return to the farm by taking the same route.
Walk + Farm
After the welcome at the farm, you will meet the fifteen alpacas and receive directions to lead them. The walk, about 4 km through the woods toward Brossasco, includes a few stops for grazing and ends with a return to the farm.
You will continue the experience with a guided tour of the educational farm, which is home to several animals, including dwarf goats, chinchillas, squirrels, prairie dogs and the dromedary Horace.
An aperitif with local products can be purchased on site (€20 per person, payable locally; vegetarian and vegan options available upon request).

Important information
Activity suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children under 6 years of age cannot lead alpacas alone, but must be supervised by a parent. For minors, the presence of an accompanying adult is required.
The trail is not accessible to wheelchairs or strollers; baby carriers are recommended for infants.
Dogs are not allowed.
